• Brig Kulwant Singh SM,VSM is a motivational speaker and gives lectures on various issues like leadership, personality development, soft skills and life skills. After retirement, he has been giving lectures in many universities on various national, regional and international issues.
• For the last seven years he has been deeply associated with training boys and girls aspiring to become commissioned officers in the Armed Forces at the Youth Centre for Skill Development at MDU Rohtak. More than 300 candidates have got selected in the SSB for commissioning into the Indian Army, Indian Navy and the Indian Air Force and the number is increasing every month.
Dr. Ramesh Chander
Psychologist
Dr Ramesh Chander has served as a psychologist in SSB Bhopal for more than three decades. During his service he has assessed more than twenty thousand candidates of various entries in the armed forces. He is highly experienced in career counselling and aptitude testing. He retired from Bhopal on 28 Feb 2019 and is currently guiding young people aspiring to join defence forces as officers.
Maj Gen A K Sakhuja
Interviewing Officer
Maj Gen Ashok Kumar Sakhuja, was the Commandant Service Selection Centre, Bhopal and President of 20 SSB from Apr 2002 to Jul 2004. He commanded Four Service Selection Boards to include Three Army and One Navy Board. He has vast experience in assessment of personalities through different psychological techniques.
Wg CDR SC Chaterjee
Interviewing Officer
Wg Cdr SC Chaterjee was posted as an IO at No. 1 Air Force Selection Board ( AFSB) , Dehradun from October 1992 to April 1996. He was also posted at DIPR ( Defence Institute of Psychological Research ) from 1996 to 1998 as the Chief Instructor to train Interviewing Officers for all the three wings of the armed forces ie Army , Navy and the Air force.
Brig Lalit Bajaj
GTO
Brig Lalit Bajaj served in the Indian Army for over 35 years and has exposure to various facets of Armed Forces both during war and Peace in various types of terrain obtainable in the our country. The officer served for three years as a GTO at SSB Allahabad and deliveres lectures in schools and colleges guiding prospective students who wish to join the Armed Forces as officers.
